Every Aurora order is carefully prepared and packed from our California studio.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
During launches or busier periods, processing may take slightly longer.
For made-to-order or pre-order pieces, estimated production timelines will always be noted on the product page.
U.S. Shipping
Standard U.S. Shipping (UPS): 3–7 business days — $12
Complimentary shipping is included on all U.S. orders over $100.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it on its way to you.
International Shipping
Aurora currently ships to select international destinations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Notes
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or holiday periods.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.
