At Aurora, we believe jewelry should be worn with complete confidence. Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands — from the clasp to the glow of each pearl — so you can trust the quality from the moment it arrives.

48-Hour Quality Assurance Refund

If you discover a quality issue within 48 hours of receiving your order, you may request a full refund.

To qualify:

• Contact us at hello@auroralifetimejewels.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos and a short description of the issue.

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

• Once we confirm the issue, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

(Please note: returns for change of mind are not accepted within this period, as many Aurora pieces are one of a kind.)

10-Day Store Credit Returns

We understand that sometimes a piece may not feel like the perfect fit. That’s why we accept returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued to your Aurora account, valid toward your next purchase.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Aurora Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every jewelry. If you discover a manufacturing defect after wearing your piece — such as a faulty clasp, a loose setting, or unexpected material flaws — we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Natural variations in pearls and gemstones (each piece is unique).

• Normal wear and tear (light scratches, gradual fading, or natural tarnishing).

• Damage caused by accidents, water, chemicals, or improper storage.

• Loss or theft.

How to Start a Return or Claim

1. Email hello@auroralifetimejewels.com with your order number, photos, and a short description.

2. Our team will reply with the next steps within 2–3 business days.

3. Depending on the case, you’ll receive:

   • A full refund (for verified quality issues reported within 48 hours),

   • Store credit (for returns within 10 days), or

   • A replacement (for approved warranty claims for returns within 10 days).
