At Aurora Lifetime Jewels, every piece is created to be timeless, soulful, and uniquely yours.

We know that choosing fine jewelry—especially natural pearls—is a personal and emotional experience.

If your piece doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll help you find the one that does.

With care, patience, and honesty, we’re here for you every step of the way.

 

Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned with the original box, pouch, tags, and any certificates included

Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, so you don’t have to worry about logistics.

After we receive and carefully inspect your piece, store credit will be issued, with the return shipping fee deducted.

  • Store credit never expires

  • It can be used toward any future Aurora Lifetime Jewels purchase

  • At this time, we offer store credit rather than refunds to the original form of payment, allowing you the flexibility to choose another piece when it feels right.

  • Custom-made, engraved, and sale pieces are thoughtfully created just for you, and for this reason, they are not eligible for return.

Founder’s Treasures pieces are part of a limited, personally curated selection. While our standard return policy applies, availability for exchange may be limited.


Exchanges

Exchange requests may be made within 14 days of delivery, allowing us to best support availability and timely care.

Once approved:

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label

  • After your original piece is received and approved, we’ll either

    • Ship your requested exchange (if available), or

    • Issue store credit (shipping fees deducted)

If your desired piece is unavailable, your store credit will remain ready whenever you find the piece that truly feels like yours.

Pearls are gifts from nature—never factory-made, never identical.

Each pearl carries its own:

  • Natural shape

  • Subtle surface characteristics

Quality Concerns or Order Issues

If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.

In these rare cases:

  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs

  • You’ll receive a full refund or a replacement, at no cost to you
