Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include the box, pouch, tag, and any certificates.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

After we receive and confirm the piece, you’ll receive your store credit (minus the return shipping fee).

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future jewel.

Custom, engraved, or final sale pieces are not eligible for return.
Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery.

We’ll send you a prepaid label for the return. Once we receive and approve your item, we’ll either send your requested piece (if available) or issue store credit (minus shipping).

If your jewel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos).

In this case, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement—no cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
