Are Aurora jewels made with real pearls and natural materials?
Yes. Every Aurora piece is crafted with natural pearls and high-quality materials. Our mainline features rare, top-grade pearls (such as SAAA Edison pearls), while our Aurora Soul line uses lighter, everyday designs with natural stones and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Why don’t all pearls look exactly the same?
Because they’re real. Each pearl is formed in nature, making it unique in luster, shape, and tone. We see these little differences as part of their soul and beauty.

What metals do you use?
We primarily use S925 sterling silver, 18K gold plating, and U.S. gold-filled for lasting wear. Each piece is made with care so it stays with you through life’s moments.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $100.

How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 10–15 business days, depending on customs.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for store credit if there is no quality issue. Your jewelry must be unworn and returned within 14 days of delivery.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos, and we’ll make it right for you.

Why store credit only?
Because many of our pieces are crafted in small batches or limited runs, we offer store credit to help you find another jewel you’ll love.
