Yes. Every Aurora piece is made with real, cultured pearls. Most of our pieces feature freshwater pearls, while Tahitian, Akoya, and other saltwater pearls are available in select pieces or by custom request.

I’m especially drawn to pearls with naturally occurring color, and I select each one for the depth and character of its natural tone.

Our pearls come from different regions depending on the variety, including freshwater pearls from China and saltwater pearls from Japan, French Polynesia, Australia, Indonesia, and other pearl-growing regions. I work with several trusted sources and am very selective about what makes it into the Aurora collection.

Truly special pearls can be limited, so I’m very selective about what makes it into the Aurora collection.

For most pieces, what you receive will look very close to what you see in the photos. There may be slight natural variations, but I select pearls for each design using the same standards, so the overall look and quality stay consistent.

Most Aurora jewelry is crafted in S925 sterling silver. Our gold-tone pieces use S925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating, while selected designs are available in 14K gold-filled for added durability.

For those looking for a forever piece, many designs can also be custom made in solid 14K gold, solid 18K gold, or platinum. Because these pieces are made to order, pricing is provided by custom quote.

Like all gold-plated jewelry, the finish may naturally wear over time. I wear and test our pieces myself, and my gold pieces have held up well through 1–2 years of regular wear.

I’m continually refining the plating process to offer lasting quality at a thoughtful price. With proper care, your piece is made to be enjoyed for years.

Jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Our warranty covers manufacturing or craftsmanship issues that occur during normal wear.

It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss, or the natural aging of plated finishes.

That’s why I offer Lifetime Repair Support. During the 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty, eligible craftsmanship issues are covered at no charge.

After the warranty period, or for repairs related to normal wear, accidental damage, or other non-warranty situations, repair options and any applicable costs will be assessed based on the piece and the work required.

Luster always comes first. I look for pearls that feel alive in the light, with beautiful color, shape, and character.

I always look at them in natural light before making my final selection. From there, it’s about the whole pearl — something special enough to keep, but easy enough to wear often.

I want you to see the pearls as true to life as possible. Natural light shows their real color, luster, and how they change from different angles.

I keep editing to a minimum, so what you see is as close as possible to what I see in person.
